GAG: amazing. badu - music with message

According to Erykah Badu’s twitter, her new music video is shot “guerrilla style” — all in one take, with no crew, no closed set, no rehearsals, and very little editing. In the video for Badu’s second single, Window Seat, Badu walks through downtown Dallas (her hometown) following the route President John F. Kennedy took right before her was asassinated. In her re-imagining of the scene, she strips one piece of clothing at a time until she ends up naked, and shot, a few feet from the X that marks the spot where JFK was killed. Her back bears a large tattoo that says Evolve. Instead of blood, the words “Group Think” emanate from her head. Badu tweeted about the experience:

i was petrified while shooting this video … but liberation began to set in .i conquered many fears in that few moments . i am greatful.

#windowseat was shot guerilla style, no crew , 1 take , no closed set , no warning , 2 min . , don town dallas , then ran like hell…

groupthink=the unwritten rule that states; i will not express my true opinion if it opposes those i love and fear .i volunteer to censor me.
